Jimenez Bakery is a family-owned Mexican panadería in the heart of Waco. Every morning before the sun is up, our ovens are already warm — filling the shop with the smell of fresh conchas, sweet bread and cinnamon.
We make everything from scratch, the traditional way, with recipes passed down through the family — from pan dulce and tres leches to homestyle plates like enchiladas, chalupas and chicken mole. Whether it's a sweet bread with your coffee or a custom cake for a quinceañera, we treat every order like it's for our own table. Come in, grab a tray, and take a little home.
